What a cash receipt includes
A receipt number, the date, the payer's name, the amount in words and in figures, what the payment covers, the payment method and the signature of the person who received it.
Who uses cash receipts
Tutors and music teachers, landlords collecting cash rent, sports clubs and school fundraisers, market stalls, babysitters and anyone selling secondhand. A receipt is the only record a cash payment leaves.

Is this cash receipt template free?

Why write the amount in words?
It makes the figure hard to alter afterwards and settles any doubt about a smudged number.
Can I make it look like a carbon copy?
It already does: the Carbon texture tints the paper pink and the ink is blue. Switch to Clean paper and black ink for a plain version.
