Does the PNG have a transparent background?
Yes. Only the popup or button is drawn; the canvas around it is transparent, so it sits on top of your footage.
Can I animate it?
Export the PNG and animate it in your editor: a quick slide or pop-in on the timeline does the job. Export the pressed state too and cut between the two.
Can I add a bell icon?
Yes. Switch to the Subscribe + bell style; the bell fills in when the button is pressed.
