What a gift card receipt includes
The shop, the date, the card's last four digits (never the full number), the amount loaded and current balance, payment, and terms such as no expiry and not redeemable for cash.
For small shops

Should the full card number be on the receipt?
No. Show only the last four digits. Never send a photo of a gift card or its receipt to someone who asks you to pay with gift cards: that is a common scam.
