A frame on a slide doesn't show how much of it the caption and the side rail cover. The mockup does, so clients and teammates judge the video where it will run.
Check the safe zone
Captions, the sound line and the counts sit over the bottom and right edges. Keep faces and text overlays clear of them before you film or export.
Class projects and portfolios
Show a campaign idea or a finished edit in a feed frame, without screenshots of a live account or anyone else's profile.

Questions
What size should my picture be?
Any size works; it's cropped to fill the screen from the center. A vertical 1080×1920 frame fits without losing anything.
How do I change the sound line?
Type it in Sound under “Time, place, liked and saved”. Left empty, it reads “original sound” and the username.
Can I show it on a phone?
Yes. Turn on Phone frame in the Screen panel for a phone body around the feed.
Is there a watermark?
No. Downloads are free at every size up to 4×, with no watermark and no sign-up.
