What a hotel receipt shows
The hotel's name and address, the guest's name, room number and type, arrival and departure dates, each night's rate, extras such as breakfast, restaurant and minibar, local taxes, how it was paid and the balance.

Is this hotel receipt template free?

Can I change the currency and number format?
Yes, in the Currency panel: any symbol, before or after the amount, and commas, dots or spaces between thousands.
Can I use it for returns or expense claims?
No. A receipt for a real purchase comes from the business that took the payment. Use this template to write receipts for payments you received, and for props, design, training and fun. Making one up to claim money is fraud.
