What a fuel receipt shows
Station name and address, date and time, pump number, fuel grade, gallons or liters, price per unit, the amount, other purchases, taxes, card type and the last digits of the card.

Can I show liters instead of gallons?
Yes, edit the note under the fuel line (for example "42.10 L @ 1.789/L") and switch the currency.
Can I use it for returns or expense claims?
No. A receipt for a real purchase comes from the business that took the payment. Use this template to write receipts for payments you received, and for props, design, training and fun. Making one up to claim money is fraud.
